While the water park was a hit with my kids and provided some fun moments, our stay was overshadowed by uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and a lack of cleanliness. The hotel needs to improve on several fronts, especially housekeeping and service to enhance the overall guest experience. It's worth mentioning the dining options were quite good, but the long wait times at check-in were frustrating.

We had a fantastic family gathering at Bridges Bay, enjoying spacious rooms and a fun water park experience. The kids loved every moment at the water park, and the cleanliness of our accommodations was a definite bonus.
